For those who wish to acquire a first introduction to the German language without leaving their country, and also for those who need to an initial German language certificate in order to get a visa, F+U offers an online project for learning German as a Foreign Language. Internship Opportunities:
The Ministry of Trade and Industry for the federal state of Baden-Württemberg has authorised F+U Academy of Languages to provide the internship program “Eurodyssée”. In accordance with this program, foreign citizens take a four weeks language course and are subsequently placed in internships in companies. Similar programs are carried out for the “Leonardo da Vinci” – EU Programme.

Heidelberg, with a population of 145.000, is located in central Germany, approximately 80km south of Frankfurt, and between Frankfurt and Stuttgart airports. The F+U language school's location is as central as you could hope for, in the bustling centre of the city and the Neckar river area is a mere stone's throw away. The school is at Bismarckplatz, which is in the Altstadt, the old-town.

TheF+U  Vocational School for Foreign Languages was established in 2004. Here it is possible to study towards the state recognised qualifications of Fremdsprachenkorrespondent/in (Foreign Language Correspondent Clerk) and Europaserketär/in (European Secretary). The application for state recognition of the training course leading to qualification as a Translator was made in summer 2008. Preparatory courses are already offered leading to qualification as IHK (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) Translator and Interpretor.
