The Greek Language and Culture Centre in Chania, northern Crete offers programs to adult foreigners of every nationality who want to learn modern Greek language, to improve it or to perfect their knowledge of the language and at the same time discover modern Greece from lively teaching methods and also from various activities that the Centre offers out of the classroom.
The Greek Language Centre operates in Chania all year long and its specialized courses cover the various needs and the different levels of the poeple who participate.
The Centre was established and has been operating in Larissa, central Greece since 1970. The Modern Greek Language program for non-native speakers was started in 1993. This was in conjunction with the publication of "Greek Grammar Book " for non-native speaking students.
Since then the Centre has been offering Modern Greek Language Courses in our facilities in Larissa, special summer programs as well as Modern Greek Tuition Classes in co-operation with colleges and universities abroad.

The Athens Centre cultural programs include a touring theatre festival which arranges productions every summer. Special summer workshops are held in poetry, art and modern Greek .
The Greek House - Elliniki Estia in Kifissia, Atthens is a center for Greek language lessons and culture manifestations. The school was created in 1999, by 3 people with many combined years of experience in the fields of Greek language and Greek culture, who felt that the Northern suburbs were sorely lacking in an institution of this kind.
So far people from 27 countries aged 17- 64 have learned Greek in the Greek House and it seems that most multinational companies and foreign embassies in Greece choose the Greek House when it comes to learning Greek properly.
