Spanish Courses / Programs:
Both our Guatemala Spanish language schools offer individualized classes delivered on a one to one basis. This creates an excellent opportunity to advance your language skills quickly and effectively. Our schools' methodology focuses on correct grammar and syntax with the aim of achieving first-rate Spanish language speakers. Group classes are avaiable in our Antigua school on request. Spanish lessons are offered at five levels from Complete Beginner through to Advanced.
Spanish Immersion Homestay program - staying with a Guatemalan family is the ideal opportunity to immerse yourself in the language and culture. Most host families only speak their native language so you will get lots of language practice.
Activities include: Bicycle Tours, Tour of a Coffee Plantation, Textile Museum, Macadamia nut plantation, or churches and ruins, Salsa & Merengue dance classes, Guatemalan cooking classes, some sports.
Voluntary Work Placements: Volunteer opportunities are available in local hospitals with children or adults in different areas of service, such as social work, nursery care, kitchens and laboratories etc. Our school also supports an educational project in San Antonio Aguas Calientes.
