Spanish School in Guatemala - Language Immersion Classes
 In 1996 Centro Linguistico El Baúl was founded by a group of Guatemalan language professionals, active in community, social and environmental issues, as a center for learning Spanish as a second language, cultural exchange and volunteer opportunities located in the highlands of western Guatemala. Outside regular classes, students gain extra knowledge of foreign lifestyles, traditions, and culture through new experiences. At the school we encourage participation in school activities, community involvement, volunteering, and travel in an effort to maximize opportunities to practice language and promote international exchanges of ideas, resources and understanding.Courses
One-on-one classes, completely in Spanish. The school’s full program is ten weeks; however we are very flexible and will do our best to accommodate whatever amount of time students have to participate. Each week’s program includes grammar, vocabulary, writing, reading comprehension and conversation. The ten week program is divided into three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
