Courses: Our language school offers
Complete Beginner, Basic, Elementary,
Intermediate and Advanced Spanish level courses
that focus on the four key language skill areas
of speaking, listening, reading and writing,
while considerable attention is also placed on
pronunciation, oral communication and the
appropriate usage of language in daily
situations.
Our school provides individual language
immersion programs with a one to one student
teacher ratio, intensive Spanish training,
Spanish for Business,
Medical Spanish, Spanish Immersion Homestay
program - stay with a Honduran family.
 Location:
Honduras, a country with a population of 7.5
million people, is a most enjoyable experience
and is inexpensive to travel around. The slow
pace, natural beauty and low-profile tourism
make it particularly appealing to travelers.
First time visitors to Honduras will be amazed
at the warmth of Honduran hospitality and they
will never forget it. There is so much to
experience in this beautiful country for
adventure and outdoor enthusiasts, through
stimulating activities such as ecotours,
inexpensive scuba diving, river rafting, and
mountain treks. Honduras is enjoying a boom in
popularity, as the rich and famous have found a
place where they can still travel unknown.
La Ceiba is the third largest city in
Honduras and is also regarded as one of the
country's most important ports. The city's name
was decided in honour of a giant ceiba tree that
used to grow here on the shores of the Caribbean
Sea in the spot where today the city's principal
avenue and First Street converge. Due to its
natural beauty La Ceiba has been declared by the
Honduran Government as "The Capital of
Ecotourism".
Among its natural attractions is the imposing
Pico Bonito (2,435 meters high) which stands in
the midst of its own national park complete with
tropical rain forest, beautiful waterfalls and
spectacular landscapes. The wild life refuge of
"Cuero y Salado" is a national park where
visitors can appreciate a diverse variety of
wild animals and exotic birds. As well as
national parks, La Ceiba is also well known for
its proximity to some of Latin Americas most
popular beaches, many of which border the
northern part of the city. A few minutes outside
of the city limits you will find Peru and El
Porvenir beaches, both of which are well worth a
visit.
Our Spanish School in La Ceiba, is located close
to the center of the city, just 4 blocks away
from the ocean. Our Spanish language school has
been in operation in La Ceiba since 1992 and
since that time we have continued to develop our
program to the effective level of today. All our
staff are well qualified and experienced, with
their main goal of our students success always
their top priority.
Spanish courses operate on a one to one student
teacher ratio as we believe that this personal
approach allows each individual student to
advance at their own pace without being held
back by varying abilities in the classroom. We
have consciously kept our school small, with a
limit of twenty students at any one time
ensuring that everyone gets the same high
standard of attention and instruction.
