Le Cordon Bleu Online Pathway
Using an advanced, new digital education platform that gives students the opportunity to study a suite of online hospitality management subjects, Le Cordon Bleu’s online program consists of eight non-award subjects that can be used as a pathway to the Bachelor of Business degrees. The content of the eight subjects is identical to that being delivered to on campus students, with all subjects taught from Australia, by Australian academic staff. Successful completion of this first semester will count as a full credit for the on campus Bachelor of Business program.
Bachelor of Business (International Hotel Management) Degree Course (3 years):
The Bachelor of Business (International Hotel Management) prepares students for a range of careers in the international hospitality industry through a multi-disciplinary program that incorporates simulations and real-life professional practices.
