Although all tuition is in English, Spanish is taught as a second language to a level of fluency, and students must also learn a third language (French or German). In their final year students will spend several months working in Spanish hotels, and those who wish to perfect their Spanish language skills further will be given the opportunity of taking a limited number of specialised, optional courses in Spanish.

The programme provides a highly multidisciplinary education, applying modern pedagogical methods and conforming to the ECTS system. Theory is combined with practice, which includes resident internships at the adjoining four-star Hotel Campus as well as at a wide range of renowned hotels of the country. Studies are completed with the writing of a business plan dissertation.
