Courses:Compulsory subjects with no options: English Language, Second Language, Physics, Chemistry, History/Civics, Biology, Geography, Arts & Music, Maths, Value Education, Std. XI & XII students have the option either to join the Commerce stream or Science stream.

The facilities available in our Boarding school are conducive to academic pursuits. The School has big airy and fully furnished classrooms, well-equipped Laboratories, Library, canteen, school bus, beautiful gardens, Computer Department, Indoor Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton and Squash Courts, 15 playing fields, post office, bank, hospital and a 35 mm theatre.
Boarding School - Laboratories
The students in our boarding school receive valuable practice experience in the Physics/Chemistry and Biology laboratories which are equipped with modern facilities. The laboratories are well maintained by qualified laboratory attenders.
School - Library
The Boarding School boasts of a library where children are encouraged to read and enhance their learning through reference and research work. Well stocked, with the latest editions of journals, encyclopaedias, fiction and non-fiction books, the library is a quiet heaven for those who wish to take a break from the stress and strain of the school routine.
School - Computer Centre
In keeping with the tremendous advancement in the field of Information Technology, the Computer Centre with 65 systems has been equipped with the latest software and hardware.
Boarding School - Sports
The Boarding School provides excellent opportunities for the development of sporting prowess in children. Games are compulsory and St. Joseph’s has traditionally excelled in football, cricket and athletics. The School has to its credit several District, inter district, state and national level trophies in some of the above mentioned sports/games.
The School also has Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Basketball and Volleyball facilities along with a rifle club that has a fair following. Those intending to join any of the sports clubs should be equipped with the necessary gear. All sports activities are conducted under the guidance of respective coaches. The School Band is one of the sports and pastime activities in the school. Interest in all games is kept alive throughout the year through inter house competitions.
All boarders are expected to be members of at least one club and day scholars are encouraged to become members.
