The International Study Centre is based in the heart of Dublin, Ireland. We offer English language courses as a Foreign Language throughout the year. Our English language courses range from beginner to proficiency levels with private and/or group tuition. Our programmes also give our students the opportunity to discover the social and cultural background of Ireland.

Adult - Academic Year Courses - (End of September to beginning of June)
- Course Reference Number: AY20
- Stay of any duration. (2 weeks to 33 weeks)
- All levels - Beginner to Proficiency.
- Maximum number per class - 12.
- Courses include Grammar, Idiomatic usage, Writing, Reading, Aural Comprehension, Conversation and Pronunciation.
- Choice of courses: 20 hours per week. (morning, Ref. AY20), 4 hours per week. (evening, Ref. AY4).
- Preparation for external examinations.
- Morning group programmes may be supplemented with private tuition in the afternoons. (From 2 to 10 classes per week Ref. GP1)
- Course books included in tuition fees.
- Accommodation, if required, arranged by the school for those attending courses. Majority of course participants stay with selected host families. Single room, breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal.
- If requested, course participants are met at Dublin airport on arrival and taken to their host families. (Additional charge for this service: €50).
- In the case of students using school host family accommodation, flight details (date, time of arrival, flight number) should be forwarded to the school well in advance.
- Programme of lectures and activities arranged each term; participation fee sometimes required, others free of charge.
Adult - Summer Programmes (June, July, August, September)
- Course Reference Numbers: AS25, AS15.
- Stay of any duration (2 weeks to 16 weeks).
- All levels - Beginner to Proficiency.
- Maximum number per class - 12.
- Courses include Grammar, Idiomatic usage, Writing, Reading, Aural Comprehension, Conversation and Pronunciation.
- Choice of courses: 25 hours per week with afternoon/evening activities (Ref. AS25). 15 hours per week with afternoon/evening activities (Ref. AS15).
- Morning group programmes may be supplemented with private tuition at reduced rates in the afternoons. (From 2 to 10 classes per week. Ref GP1)
- Course books included in tuition fees.
- Accommodation, if required, arranged by the school for those attending courses. Majority of course participants stay with selected host families. Single room, breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal.
- If requested, course participants are met at Dublin airport on arrival and taken to their host families. (Additional charge for this service: €50).

Individual Tuition in General or Specialised English
- Reference numbers: AG1, GP1
- Courses arranged at any time.
- Stay of any duration. (minimum 1 week)
- All levels, Beginner to Proficiency.
- Number of tuition hours to suit individual requirements.
- ESP courses can be arranged on a group or individual basis.
- Courses include general English, English for business/technology.
- Course participants can supplement morning group programmes in general English with private tuition at reduced rates in the afternoons. (From 2 to 10 classes per week)
- Course books included in tuition fees
- Accommodation, if required, arranged by the school for those attending courses. Majority of course participants stay with selected host families. Single room, breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal. Hotel accommodation can also be arranged by the school.
- Courses: AG1 - From 1 to 6 hours individual tuition per day . GP1 - From 2 to 10 hours individual tuition (at reduced rates) per week. This course is arranged only for those who are attending a group programme.
