Recognized by the Health & Safety Authority and with Instructors and Examiners registered with the National Ambulance Training School, L.T.S. delivers training courses that are tailored to meet specific requirements and which meet current legislation and industry guidelines.
L.T.S. was established by Maria Lalor, a highly qualified and experienced practitioner in First Aid Instruction in 2003 following 17 years working in industry. Maria runs the specialized First Aid training company with her husband Roy, who has over 20 years experience in the education and training sector. Their combined skills in business & education ensures L.T.S. provides a high quality service in First Aid, making it easy for companies to train their first aiders and ensure they comply with the legal requirements.Courses
- Occupational First Aid - 3 day course covers all the essential aspects of Occupational First Aid . It meets with current Health & Safety legal requirements.
- Occupational First Aid Refresher/Re-certification - Attendance at this one day refresher course will ensure that your first aid skills are refreshed.
- Emergency First Aid - Concentrates on situations most likely to arise in the workplace, this 1-day course is ideally suited for those who want or need to be able to deliver emergency first aid.
- Childcare First Aid - For participants working in the childcare sector, this course content will be tailored to meet their requirements. CPR for infants and children will also be included in the course.
- CPR for Family & Friends - will teach you cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the importance of your role in the Chain of Survival to save a life.
- Heartsaver CPR - This course is designed to teach you CPR and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction, you will go into more depth than the CPR For Family & Friends course.
- Heartsaver AED - You will learn CPR and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and the relief of choking for adults, children and infants.
