 The
Italian language school for foreign students “Otranto nel Mondo” (Literally, ‘Otranto in the World’)
in Otranto, Lecce, Italy aims to
promote the spread of Italian language and culture
throughout the world, and we have drawn up an agreement
with Perugia University for
Foreign Students and with Otranto Town Council. By
arrangement with the Perugia Universtity, our school is an examination centre
for the Certificate in Italian Language (CELI).
Courses include general Italian
classes, intensive Italian courses, advanced Italian
course, Italian literature course, Italian cookery
course, private one-on-one Italian lessons, CELI test
preparation program, study tours (combined study &
touring), study & sea (with sailing excursions,
windsurfing etc.) Course fees include:
1. initial entry tests
2. books and teaching materials
3. lessons of 50 minutes each from Monday to Friday
4. travel organisation and booking facilities (for
planes, trains, & cars)
5. free sightseeing trip around Otranto
6. free internet facilities
7. 15% discount at restaurant recommended by the school
8. final dinner for course-members and issuing of
certificate of attendance
