 The Spanish Café is part of a local bar café, a beautiful colonial building with the roof and the walls made of sillar, a white volcanic stone. When you enter, there's a small bar with sofas, chairs and tables of normal size, book exchange and at the back a live-music podium for night entertainment. Tourists and locals also drink their coffee or have their breakfast in this area. The second area is more private, with high bar chairs and tables. Classes are held in the second area, the coffee-break all together in the first area. Only 2 blocks from the main square, the Spanish Café is ideally located in downtown Arequipa.
