One On One Tutoring:
One on One Tutoring is a Nicaraguan owned Spanish language school in Granada, Nicaragua, composed of qualified native Nicaraguan Spanish speaking instructors that present you with personalized classes to meet each student's need. Our Spanish school has been providing high-quality language training to travelers and professionals for almost 10 years. We offer the opportunity to be part of an immersion program where One on One Tutoring is a connector between volunteer opportunities and those interested in helping our community at no cost. Tutoring, meals and board is offered to potential students who are in a tight budget.

Courses:Immersion program which will introduce you to various aspects of Latin American culture and its society. Additionally, 10% of each student's tuition paid to One on One Tutoring will be donated to Casa Hogar Madre Albertina, a local home for 25 orphaned girls. The girls at Hogar Madre Albertina are always excited to receive volunteers. Volunteers are welcome to teach traditional classes, but are also encouraged to bring their own ideas and creative projects.
Package 1: Tutoring only
- Four hours per day, five days per week
- Two hour per day, five days per week
- One hour per day, five days per week
Home-stay: One student per home. Private room, three home-cooked meals per day, and laundry service for seven whole days. The money is paid directly to the family by the student.
Package 2: Twenty hours of Spanish classes, meals and board
Price includes twenty hours of tutoring: four hours per day per five days of the week. Three home-cooked meals per day, room with private bathroom, fan, and t.v. set (depending on student enrollment, two students might share a room).
Package 3: Ten hours of Spanish tutoring, meals and board
Price includes ten hours of "afternoon" classes: two hours per day per five days of the week. Three home-cooked meals per day, room with private bathroom, fan, and t.v. set (depending on student enrollment, two students might share a room).
