The EEC school in located in Kappara in the limits of Sliema, San Gwann, Paceville, St. Julian's area. The building itself is spacious, having bright rooms, and is highly finished. The school can accommodate 100 students per week and can also extend to a further 150 students per week in summer. The Language Centre is just 20 minutes walking distance from the Strand - Sliema, with accommodation, shopping, banking, recreational and other facilities nearby.

The centre is also ideally situated for those seeking easy access to some of Europe's most beautiful beaches. The school also provides daily transport from family residence and return. Before the students commence their studies, they are tested to find out their level of proficiency, after which great care is taken to ensure that they are placed in classes with other students of similar ability levels.
The Maltese Islands, which consist of Malta (the largest of the Islands), Gozo, Comino and two other small uninhabited islands, are strategically situated in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea. Malta is 93 kilometres from Sicily and 288 kilometres from North Africa.

 Accommodation:

AccommodationHost Family accommodation is the most economical and beneficial accommodation for any student. It's the
best way to practice English and learn new cultures. Students that stay with a host family learn English faster. Maltese Host Families are very hospitable and friendly. They are always ready to help students out in any situation. Apart from being excellent cooks, they are clean and proud of their homes. Often the bonds that are made between International Students and their homestay families endure many years, and are maintained through letters and email.

 
Host
Family obligations to the student:

1.Provide accommodation and meals according to the reservation.
2.In the event that that the student is reserved on full-board the
family must provide breakfast, packed lunch and a full evening dinner.
Meals must be eaten at the same table as the family.
3.Packed lunch consists of two fresh bread rolls with adequate filling,
one fresh fruit and a small bottle of mineral water.
4.A normal load of clothes are to be washed by the family at least once
a week.
5.Provide clean towels at least twice a week and clean bed linen once
per week.
6.Provide a key to enable the student to gain access to the
accommodation at all times. If a key is not given, then someone must
be in the house at all times to ensure that the students have access.
 


 Excursion:

A comprehensive programme is prepared so as to compliment the student’s studies. All trips are accompanied by a teacher guide and are conducted in English. Half-day trips are organized in the afternoon after lessons. Full-day trips are held on Saturdays and Sundays. Half-day trips include: Valletta & the Malta Experience Show, Mdina, Ta’ Qali Crafts Village & Rabat, The Three Cities, Temples Tour, Beach Trips, Harbour Cruise.  Full day trips include: Gozo (Malta's sister island), Comino, Round Malta site-seeing, Boat trip to Sicily.  Evening activities include: Beach Party, Festa Night, Comino by Night Cruise, Fenkata. Sport activities include: Football, Basketball, Water pool, Beach volley, Bowling, Tennis, Golf, and many more. Other activities include: Horse riding, Sub-aqua Diving, Sailing, Cinema, Pub
crawling and Jazz night, Treasure hunt, Hiking, Aerobics.
