Sazon Cooking School, located in the heart of San Miguel de Allende, a charming colonial town in the highlands of central Mexico, is a Mexican cooking school and boutique housed in a magnificent 18th century casa.Our mission is to bring beauty into everyday life and to celebrate the art, culture and taste of the Mexican table. We are ambassadors for the jewel that is San Miguel.
