Locations: A land of diversity, modern Morocco is a mix of the exotic magic of the Islamic, Arabic, African world - the world of medinas and minarets, desert and mountain, yet it almost touches Western Europe and retains a taste of the European, the legacy of the French Protectorate. The spirit of Morocco is alive in the streets of the great cities such as Fez and Tetouan. Whether gazing at ancient wonders, bartering for exotic artefacts, relaxing by the sea on endless beaches, trekking distant ridges or marvelling at the pink and indigo of a desert dawn, you will be awe-struck.

Tetouan is a beautiful and welcoming city, and mixture of cultures and colors, located near the Mediterranean coast. This is the meeting place of several peoples, religions, and cultures - Andalusian (Spanish), Ottoman, local and European. The historical city or Medina of Tetouan, classified by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site, is a glorious setting, dotted with squares, souks and buildings from its fifteenth-century founding.

Our Arabic Language school is located in the center of downtown Tetouan, overlooking the city's most beautiful public square in the historic Spanish quarter of the city, Place Moulay Mehdi, with the Spanish consulate, post office, Catholic Church and main banks. Tetouan is only 60 km from Tangier and less than an hour's ride on the ferry from the Spanish coast. Tangier has an international airport at Ibn Batouta (previously known as Boukhalef), and ferry connections with Algeciras, Gibraltar and the French port of Sete.

Fez - Situated in the intellectual and spiritual heart of Morocco, Fez is famous for its ancient walled city, which many compare to the walled city of Jerusalem. Fez is the medieval capital of Morocco, and a great city of high Islamic civilization. It also has the best-preserved old city in the Arab world. Fez continues to be the most secretive and mystical of Morocco's imperial cities, with its old narrow alleys that make one wander through history reaching back across the centuries to the early ninth century, with its splendid and unique architecture, and its various madrassas and congregational mosques, from which the enchanting and timeless call to prayer can be heard five times a day..

Our Arabic school in Fez is is dedicated to offering academic education in Arabic and Islamic studies to all the students in quest of knowledge. Through its academic and cultural activities, our school's unique programme strives to develop a good understanding of Islam and Moroccan culture, using Arabic as a potent means of dispelling misunderstandings and creating an atmosphere of peace between people of different origins and backgrounds from around the world.
