 The New Acting Company, located in The Greenwich Village Center, Manhattan, New York, provides acting classes for children and adults in a friendly, humorous and non-threatening class for ANYONE who loves acting and the theater. Hundreds of adults have attended our extremely popular Adult Acting Series and participated in our annual professional Off-Broadway productions. All of our instructors and assistants are highly trained theater professionals who bring considerable teaching and acting experience to each class. Evening acting program - Adult Acting 1: Improv & Monologues. This introduction to acting covers various theatrical traditions, exercises and methods. Class focus is on individual style, creative characterization, concentration, ensemble work and theater games.
