General English -full-time (24.5 hours) Suitable
for students from complete Beginners through to Upper-Intermediate
level. Improve your communication skills, grammar, vocabulary,
pronunciation, fluency, and above all, confidence!! Study full-time or
part time. This course is also suitable for students preparing to study
at a New Zealand High School.
IELTS Preparation - full-time (24.5 hours) Academic
English programme suitable for Intermediate through to Advanced level
students. Improve your vocabulary, use of idiom, advanced communication
skills, and prepare to sit the IELTS exam, which is necessary in NZ for
entry into university, gaining permanent residence, or transferring
professional registration (nurses, doctors, teachers). Full-time or
part-time.
TOEIC Preparation - full-time (24.5 hours) Academic
English programme with special TOEIC preparation classes. This
programme has a good balance between language development, and exam
technique. Improve your business vocabulary, formal and social
communication skills, grammar and confidence at the same time as
practising for the TOEIC exam.
Cambridge Preparation: FCE, CAE, CPE- $340 per week full-time (24.5 hours) Academic
English programme with focussed Cambridge Exam preparation classes.
This programme has a good balance between language development, and
exam technique, combining Academic English classes with exam practice.
Evening General English classes - improve your communication, job, and travel skills. Study General English in the evenings, twice a week. Suitable for students who are Pre-Intermediate or Intermediate level.
Evening IELTS classes – for Professional Registration and Permanent Residence Study
English in the evenings to prepare for the IELTS Academic or General
Module, required to gain residency or professional registration for
overseas Nurses, Doctors, Teachers, Dentists,
and a range of other professions. Study any length of time from 2 to 48
weeks, and start any week. Classes include open access to practice
materials.
