ABC Language Exchange is a premiere language institute conveniently located in downtown San Francisco. Our mission is to provide top quality lessons, while also creating a multi-linguistic, multi-national atmosphere of students who take advantage of our wide range of courses and flexible schedules to learn the language of their choice. We only work with experienced, professional language instructors who know how to teach in a lively and effective manner. Group Classes:
Taking group lessons at ABC Language Exchange is a fun, interactive way to learn the language of your choice. Our teachers are trained professionals who bring years of experience to the job and know how to teach language in a dynamic and effective way.

Private Italian Lessons:
Private lessons mean you can learn at your own pace and according to your own schedule. One-on-one lessons are also the most intensive way to immerse yourself in a foreign language. You may set up any day or time for your classes, including weekends and evening hours. The lessons may be held at your San Francisco office, home or at our language institute. Students meet with their private teacher from once a week to every day. Total immersion courses are ideal for people relocating to a foreign country and may include a cross-cultural training component.

Total Beginner Group Classes:
Acquire basic grammar and vocabulary to develop basic conversational and practical skills. Total Beginner classes are designed for people with no previous exposure to the language. If you have some background in the language, or if you already speak more than one language, we will evaluate you so that we can send you a personalized recommendation based on your background.

Standard Italian Classes:
Standard Italian Classes meet once a week for 1.5 hours. (Minimum 3 / Maximum 10 students).

Above Beginner Italian Group Classes:
If you are not a total beginner, you will need to be evaluated before confirming your enrollment in a class.

Virtual Italian Lessons:
Virtual language lessons mean learning a language from the comfort of your own home or office. No travel time, no rushing to make it to class. Virtual language lessons are one-on-one, private lessons with your own teacher. You learn a foreign language with an Internet connection, web camera and audio headset. Just log in to Skype and meet your teacher virtually at a time convenient for you.
