Orita Sinclair School of Design, New Media & the Arts is a boutique arts school in the historic Kampong Galm neighbourhood of Singapore. We offer certificate, diploma and advanced diploma courses in the fields of Design Communication, Interaction Design, and Electro-Sonics. Our courses can be studied full-time or part-time and are available to students from around the world. In addition, we offer a wide range of short courses. The language of instruction is English.
Orita Sinclair School of Design, New Media and the Arts is a short walk from the National Library and all major art supplies shops. Bras Basah Complex, a favourite hang out of design and art students, is only a ten-minute walk away. The Arts House, Singapore Art Museum, National Arts Museum, Asian Civilisations Museum and the Esplanade are all within the vicinity of the school. Using the school as a base, students can easily immerse themselves in the arts and explore the cultural heritage of Singapore.
The coffee shops, design studios and intimate street life of the Kampong Galm district represent a rich source of inspiration for artists and create a bohemian, Eastside village feel to the neighbourhood.
