Speech Training
One of our approaches is to demonstrate and give ample practice sessions on the place and manner of articulation of problem sounds. We also teach intonation patterns, pitch variation and stress.
Phonics Programme
PETRA Phonics is one of the best Phonics programmes for young children. It is a multi-sensory interactive Phonics programme that is based partly on research on how children learn best and also on the neurological study done by Dr Samuel Orton. It is a Reading programme that has been refined over the years through actual teaching and learning.
Reading Clinic
Children who are not reading at a level appropriate to their age or are unable to start reading despite having learnt the alphabet and their sounds need not fret anymore. Our Reading Specialist has helped thousands of children with these problems and similar ones.
Audiblox programme
This programme can be tailored to meet the needs of varying groups of children. It can help normal children of average and above average intelligence to develop better memory, concentration and to develop their right brain faculties. This programme can also be used to help dyslexic children or academic underachievers to build up thier foundational skills that would enable them to focus better and learn skills like counting, right-left orientation, spelling, etc through sequencing activities and patterning activities. Audiblox is a system of cognitive exercises, aimed at the development and automation of foundational learning skills, including the skills that make it possible to distinguish left and right, cross the midline, and to remember.
Audiblox is based on the premise that repetition creates confidence and builds a basis, a kind of springboard for them to conquer higher cognitive skills. It lays the groundwork for later creative and critical thinking and other approaches.
