Study English in South Africa at International House Durban
 Durban is a SAFE modern medium sized city
located on the subtropical east coast of South
Africa. It offers language students an English
speaking environment (Durban is the most English
speaking city in South Africa), a warm and sunny
climate the whole year round, access to
international standard English speaking
universities, as well as opportunities to
experience beautiful beaches, wildlife safari
parks and traditional Zulu culture and the
Drakensberg Mountains.
We also offer private and sharing student
accommodation on the premises with excellent
facilities including kitchen, laundry, swimming
pool and entertainment area.
The atmosphere is relaxed and personal. Our
friendly and experienced staff which includes
experienced tour guides are always available to
help students wherever necessary and have lots
of information about tours and excursions in and
around Durban.
We also offer students the option of
participating in Wildlife Work Experience
projects and safaris in Southern Africa. We also
have a very busy afternoon and evening social
program. IH Durban is a proud member of the
International House World Organisation, the
Durban Chamber of Commerce & Industry Board and
Tourism KwaZulu-Natal.
Courses
General English, Intensive English, Business
English, IELTS, FAC,CAE preparation as well as
Private English lessons at all levels (Beginner
to Advanced). Classes are small, max 9 per class
and a student can start on any Monday.
We are also a Cambridge ESOL teacher training
centre (CELTA) and all our teachers are CELTA
qualified.
