Galicia? Galicia is a small corner of Spain with
its own culture, food and customs and full of
historical monuments with millions of years of
history. Galicia is part of the "other" Spain
not fully known but worthwhile to everyone that
visits. The summer Spanish school for foreign
students takes place in a school situated in a
breathtaking setting in the hills just minutes
away from the mountain town of Ourense, capital
of hot water springs and baths. It is surrounded
by wooded parkland where nature is encountered
and experienced on a daily basis.
Our summer
Spanish school for foreign students is aimed at
young people aged from 10 to 17, with emphasis
placed upon oral communication skills. Group
class sessions are combined with cultural visits
to places such as Santiago, Coruña, Vigo.
Morning classes with native Spanish teachers are
followed by sport activities, swimming pool
leisure time, evening cinema sessions and games.
One of the advantages of this course is the
opportunity to socialize and interact with
groups of Spanish youngsters so that
conversations flow naturally and the opportunity
to make long lasting friendships. Also on
site-sleeping accommodations, laundry service,
TV room, computer room, outdoor swimming pool
with life-guard, indoor and outdoor football,
basketball, volleyball, an indoor sports centre
