La Herradura is a quiet and small village
situated in a wonderful bay between two cliffy
mountains, Punta de la Mona and Cerro Gordo.

in exchange for the progress. The long beach
offers numerous facilities of practicing aquatic
sports, paragliding, tennis and also other
mountain sport whole year around. The richness
at the bottom of the sea, has made of La
Herradura a perfect place for diving. La
Herradura has a great amount of “Chiringuitos” (
typical beach restaurants) where you can taste
the gastronomic specialties of the zone. More
than 80% of tourism is Spanish, which allows the
student to practise the language even after
