El Paraiso Spanish School:
El Paraiso Spanish Language School is located on the Pacific Coast near Manuel Antonio National Park, 2.5 hours by car or bus (or a 12 minute plane ride) from the capital of Costa Rica, San Jose. Costa Rica is an outdoor adventurer’s dream with rivers, beaches, mountains, and tropical rainforest packed into a relatively small country of which over 27% is protected. Manuel Antonio National Park is one of the most visited parks of Costa Rica and offers exceptionally beautiful beaches and extraordinary biodiversity.

At our school you are truly in "paraiso" (paradise). Our school is located only 15 minutes by car or bus from the beach and just a few minutes by car or bus from downtown Quepos. The school's park-like location has its own range of wildlife, such as monkeys and tropical birds.

Among others, we offer rafting on the Naranjo and Savegre Rivers, tours of Manuel Antonio National park, Kayaking and Boat tours of the Mangrove Estuary at Damas Island, Ocean Kayaking in the Pacific Ocean, horseback riding, canopy tours, etc. Although not included in the tuition fees, these tours are available through the El Paraiso Spanish School at well discounted prices.


Courses / Programs:
Instruction in Spanish language with 20 hours a week in a group of max. 5 students, private class 15 or 20 hours a week, 1 hour of conversation free 3 times/week for all interested students. By special arrangement, we also offer courses tailored to the particular needs of professionals in fields such as medicine, construction & law.
