Remember: Never follow a ski route with which you are not familiar.  We offer a free transport service around La Plagne.

Beginners
For absolute beginners – an initiation to snowboarding. Balance control on beginners’ pistes and use of drag-lift. Your goal is to be able to do short turns and side slipping by the end of the week.

For those who have a few days to a week’s experience. Your goal is to control short, linked turns on blue and red runs.

Freeride
Discovering “off-piste” and “great rides”. You should be able to master all pistes in the area.

Extreme
For those who love a good thrill. Descending couloirs and vast off-piste boarding. You should be comfortable on all kinds of pistes at the start of the week.

Alpine Skiing
Discovery of alpine skiing for absolute beginners. Objective within one week: simple linked turns on green and blue runs. Use of the drag-lift and speed control. Skier will learn to stop by himself.

A few days to a week’s skiing experience. Control of elementary turns on blue runs. Initiation to stem turns.

Stem turns; good speed control on blue runs. Initiation on red runs and discovery of parallel turns. Initiation to carving.

Altitude
Parallel turns on red runs. Initiation to short turns and bumps. Speed control on steep descents. Initiation to off-piste (weather permitting).

Steep ‘n’ Deep
Skier is able to advance easily on all pistes and has total speed control. This course is perfect if you wish to go further, aim higher, ski stronger. Programme: " off piste and powder snow " (weather permitting).
