Summer Cooking School in Tuscany, Italy
 This cooking school in Tuscany offers courses and cooking vacations which are “from farm to table”: taking the students to see where the fresh, local organic food is grown and using it to cook traditional Tuscan and Italian recipes. Wine and olive oil tastings and tours of Florence and Siena are included. The school is located between Florence and Siena: one of the most beautiful landscapes in Italy. Accommodation is in apartments in typical Tuscan villas or farmhouses ten minutes' walk through olive groves from La Selva, where the cooking courses will be held.
We are conveniently placed for both Florence and Pisa airports. Ryanair flies to Pisa from several UK airports; Meridiana flies to Florence from Gatwick. British Airways have direct flights into Pisa from London Gatwick and Heathrow. Alitalia have flights from Florence and Pisa to the UK, but currently all with changes in Rome or Milan. All four airlines have flights into Tuscany from other major European destinations.
Courses
The week-long cooking courses are held from May to September. Traditional Tuscan and Italian recipes - fresh pastas, hearty salads, the perfect risotto and delectable desserts. Two of the cooking courses are vegetarian and the others can be vegetarian friendly.
