SHA Diploma:
This program prepares students for the Bachelor Degree. It combines sound theory and craft based learning (practical classes) with professional internships in the industry. It aims at providing students with the appropriate operational and supervisory skills, knowledge and attitude. After completion of the SHA diplôme, students generally continue their studies and complete the bachelor degree, however, they have the possibility to start their professional career at this stage. 
 
BBA
This program fully prepares students to enter the hospitality industry with confidence and particularly develops basic management theories and competencies using a range of teaching and learning processes. Upon successful completion of the SHA Diplôme or Les Roches Higher Diploma, students can choose the BBA pathway which suits best their objective and area of interest.

BSC
This four year program prepares students for leadership positions within the hospitality, tourism and event management industry with a specific focus on food related services. Students will develop professional, managerial and strategic competencies through a range of teaching processes.

Honors Degree
Students who wish to graduate with an honors degree must have maintained at least a 75% average prior to entry into semester 7 and have maintained at least a 70% average in semester 7. They must also complete a dissertation of 10,000 words during semester 8. 

General Education Program
General Education at Les Roches includes not only specific general education courses, but also a set of common skills embedded in courses throughout the curriculum and in internships and experiences gained in the implicit curriculum in campus events and activities. Providing knowledge, skills, experiences, and understanding, the general education program offers an educational foundation that will assist graduates to reach senior positions in the hospitality sector. 

MBA
This program is offered at Les Roches by the “Universidad Europea” in Madrid, one of Spain's leading business universities. Today's hospitality industry offers a wide range of exciting career opportunities. Technology has transformed the industry and created many jobs that did not exist a few years ago. Our MBA program can help you manage these changes and evolve in your career with the knowledge and experience to address the future challenges in the industry. This MBA aims to develop young professionals into more effective individuals so that they are able to progress to senior managerial positions.
 
Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Diploma
This intensive program consists of two taught semesters and one internship in the hospitality Industry of 3 to 6 months. The objective of this program is to acquire knowledge about the strategy and planning side of the business and gain hands-on experience in international culinary arts. The Post-Graduate Diploma culminates with a Capstone Events Management Project during the second semester. After completing these two semesters of study, students may choose to do an internship and / or start working. Those who want to further their studies and develop further their management competencies, may carry on towards the Post-Graduate Higher Diploma.

Post Graduate Higher Diploma / Professional Higher Diploma
Every great manager in this active industry needs to possess the fundamentals of leadership. Upon completion of the post graduate Diploma, students will take an additional semester during which they will focus on the human elements of executive management most important in hospitality. This semester will consist of 6 courses of module 1 and 2 of the MBA program. Students will examine leadership, business relationships, development of managers and organizational strategy, in both the classroom and workplace.
