Whitehill Estate School of English offers intensive English courses in the typically English setting of the county of Hertfordshire (35 km from London), renowned for its graceful surroundings, natural beauty and historical places. The school comprises magnificent buildings set within an extensive estate once belonging to an English lord. In the rooms provided for accommodation, teaching, leisure and private work students savour the full character and atmosphere of this English country house.
On arrival, students are given an entry test so
that they can be placed in the right category;
in this way the success of each student can be
guaranteed. Courses commence the first day of
each month. Courses finish on the twenty-eighth
day of the month. Students are taught in small
groups in order to create the most suitable
environment for language-learning.
