The UK Educational Development Agency (UKEDA) is a London based project aimed at ambitious Europeans looking to learn English and experience British culture first hand. General English Language Courses:Our main course in general English. Emphasis is placed on listening, speaking, reading and writing, with a balance of language structure and practical usage.

English for Law:The main objective of the course is to build participants' legal vocabulary, classroom discussion skills, and presentation capabilities.

English for Journalism:The course aims to give participants the opportunity to extend and activate their legal vocabulary in English; to increase fluency and confidence in using English in professional contexts; and to enable participants to prioritize their own language learning needs with a view to continued English language development after the course. A variety of topics are covered by the course including aspects of: UK and Continental legal systems; case law; company law; contract law and property acquisition.

English for Medicine:The course is designed to help participants develop listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English. It aims to give participants the opportunity to learn specialised vocabulary and expressions, to activate passive vocabulary, to learn the English pronunciation of medical terms and to increase fluency and confidence in using English in professional contexts.

English For Finance:The course aims to develop and improve the communication skills required in finance-related and international contexts, e.g., reading and listening to financial texts, discussing financial news and issues, explaining financial statements, participating in financial meetings and negotiations, and writing letters, reports and proposals of a financial nature.
