English Courses: We offer intensive one to one
English in the beautiful 1830 Georgian home of
your teacher close to Oxford, England. Margaret Harake operates a small, independent business which allows her to offer excellent value compared to private tuition in language schools and other homestay
programmes.
Margaret is a fully qualified and very
experienced teacher. She holds a Post Graduate
Certificate in Education and a Certificate in
Teaching English as a Foreign Language to Adults
and has taught in Russia and China.
In addition to your lessons choose from many
cultural learning activities such as boating on
the river Thames or visiting the museums,
theatres and tourist attractions of Oxford, Bath
and London.Courses
Homestay is an English language course for those that wish to improve reading, listening, speaking, pronunciation and grammar. As all your english lessons are one-to-one with Margaret Harake there is no pressure to keep up with other students in the class. Study english at a pace that suits you. We have wireless broadband Internet to which you will have access, along with a private phone in your room.
Your stay will include:
- 20 hours of intensive one to one English
lessons per week.
- Assessment test at the start of your course.
- Certificate of achievement on completion of
the course.
