 Taunton School is an independent boarding and day school
for boys and girls aged 2 and 1/2 to 18 years. Located in the heart of Somerset in the south west of England,

At Taunton School, we aim to create an
atmosphere in which Sixth Form pupils can
develop their own unique collection of talents.
We encourage all Sixth Formers to make the most
of a wide range of opportunities that will allow
them to move smoothly into the wider world – we
hope that they will feel confident with their
new found independence as they move towards
higher education and the world of work. There is
a great deal of scope for breadth and, although
emphasis is focused on academic study, we ensure
that individuals do not lose sight of aesthetic,
