The Little Moffats Curricu
lum (4 - 7 yrs)
Little Moffats seeks to introduce young children to elements of the curriculum used in the main school through activities and lessons that stimulate their interest. Skills in reading, writing and working with numbers are developed, and each child is gently helped to adjust to school life, to enjoy widening horizons and to discover new interests and skills. Individual music lessons, riding, ballet, tap and modern dance, and craft are among the popular optional extras on offer at Little Moffats.
Moffats – main school curriculum (7-13yrs +)
Moffats has made a positive choice not to follow the UK’s National Curriculum because we believe that the Common Entrance curriculum is a wider curriculum that serves children better. The curriculum includes: Art, Biology, Chemistry, Classical Civilisations, Computing/Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Current Affairs, English Language, English Literature, French, Geography, Greek, History, Latin, Mathematics, Music, Physics, Religious Studies and Sport. Individual music lessons and tutoring in other subjects are available as optional extras.
