Language and Music for Life
Language and Music for Life (LMFL) was founded in
spring 1997 and is committed to providing
training in both music and foreign languages to
students of all ages, with a lower age limit of
10 years old and no upper age limit (adults
included). The yearly course is located in a
beautiful and historical XV century Hall, set in
spacious grounds in countryside on the borders
of Wales and England. LMFL holds a unique summer
music and language course. Designed primarily
for highly motivated musicians with a level of
musical knowledge enabling them to derive
maximum benefit from high quality musical
tuition, the course is open to musicians
preparing for national, international exams or
competitions, as well as to skilled amateurs.
The nearest major airport to Moreton Hall in
Weston Rhyn, Shropshire, is in Liverpool, with a large number of low cost
direct flights from and to most main cities in
Europe and several direct flights from and to
the USA.

language courses for young people in popular

situated in the historic and vibrant cities of
York, Durham, Stamford and Manchester. We have a

Our standard English
courses involve 15 hours of tuition per week in
small groups of no more that 15 students. The
levels we offer are based on the Council of
Europe's Common European Framework of Reference
for languages and are as follows: Elementary,
Pre-Intermediate, Good Intermediate, Near
Advanced. There is also a full programme of
afternoon sports, activities and visits,
excursions and evening activities. We also offer
