Harrow House was founded in 1969, is as a member of Education UK, English UK, RALSA and is accredited by the British Council.

Our Swanage College offers unrivalled facilities, splendid views of the surrounding Purbeck Hills, the sea and the Isle of Wight. The long inviting sandy beaches and the town centre are within a few minutes walking distance.

Swanage, on the south coast of England is one of the top four seaside resorts in the UK, approximately 2.5 hours away from London and is considered to be the gateway town to England’ first natural UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Harrow House has a reputation for quality and professionalism. Our facilities include: communication skills laboratory, self-access learning centre and library, WiFi network connection for adult students with their own laptops, lecture hall, cinema, games room including American pool, Bar billiards, darts and table-tennis, mini-golf, shop, clubhouse, bar, satellite TV, disco, cafeteria, restaurant, fitness studio, 5 tennis courts, football, volleyball / handball court, basketball court, conference centre, indoor sportshall for tennis, badminton, volleyball & five-a-side football, petanque.

Our College remains open until late in the evenings and offers students an ideal environment in which to study, relax and enjoy themselves. A wide range of evening activities are organised by our staff. We offer a variety of excursions from full-day, to overnight and week-end trips throughout the UK and Europe. For Junior Course students all excursions are included in the fees.

Our students can choose between our excellent residential accommodation facilities or our carefully selected homestays which are all within walking distance of the College. Courses for adults include College or homestay accommodation with half-board. All Course fees for Junior students are inclusive of full-board.
