Language and Music For Life:
Language and Music for Life was founded in Spring 1997 and is committed to providing training in both music and foreign languages to students of all ages, with a lower age limit of 10 years old and no upper age limit (adults included).
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Location:
Several international airports are within a reasonable driving distance. Bristol International Airport has connections with all major airports in Europe, and 1 direct daily flight from New York. Our Spring Courses in 2009 will be hosted by the prestigious Clifton College in Bristol, a very picturesque town located in south western England on the river Avon, and extending to the coast of the Bristol Channel, half-way between Cardiff and London. Clifton College is only 5 minutes from Bristol city centre; yet also only 5 minutes from open countryside. Clifton College holds the highest success rate of all schools in the West of England for pupils who go on to attend Oxford & Cambridge Universities, and has two well-equipped music departments to cater for high level students of music.

Spring Courses: 
Residential and non-residential (day) Language and Music Courses, designed to provide serious music and language tuition for serious musicians, plus choir and chamber music and string orchestra tuition. The course is open to musicians preparing for national, international exams or competitions, as well as to skilled amateurs.

Some one to one instrumental tuition on mainly master classes basis will be available in several instruments over the 3 weeks. Each week to can be booked as an unit. The course offers residential places in Clifton College, and is also open to day-only students. Students will be able to register from 1 week up to 3 weeks. First preference will be given to students registering for at least 2 weeks (except in the case of their preferred teacher coming one week only).

Piano Master Class, Piano individual tuition, Piano jazz individual tuition, Violin Master Class, Chamber Music Violin one to one, Viola Master Class, Cello master class Recorder Master Class,Saxophone Master Class, Saxophone & Flute jazz, Trumpet jazz individual tuition, Choir Chamber music, String Orchestra tuition (classical and jazz), Electric Guitar classes, Composition class, Jazz workshop, Jazz vocal workshop, Individual voice tuition (classical and jazz), and more... Also - Any one day master class only.

Language Courses:
Quality tuition in French, English, German, Mandarin, Spanish, or Russian in small groups or one to one. Options include Language tuition without individual instrumental or voice tuition; Language tuition + chamber music; Language tuition + chamber music / choir / jazz workshop.
