Our School:
ECA offers a wide range of study areas at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Placement on a course for visiting students may be at Level Two or Three, depending upon applicant’s portfolio, goals for the study abroad experience (as described on their application form), and needs. eca is an international community of artists, designers, architects and landscape architects. International students from over 40 countries make up about 20% of the student body. As such, eca offers excellent support services for international and domestic students alike, and offers a scholarship programme for international students.

Edinburgh is a UNESCO-designated World Heritage City, and is one of Europe’s finest capitals. It is home to thousands of students, generating a vibrant atmosphere and contemporary feel to complement its stunning visual presence. The city is ideal in size, with a population approaching half a million. It is large enough to continually make new discoveries, yet small enough to feel inclusive, friendly, and familiar. Throughout the year Edinburgh’s cosmopolitan residents celebrate arts, theatre, film, literature, and science together with her many international visitors.

Conveniently located in Bolton, only 10 miles north-west of Manchester, Sandham's Dance Studios is one of the north-west of England's leading dance schools. With a reputation for excellence, we offer a range of dance classes for children, teenagers and adults including Latin American, Disco Freestyle, Street Dancing, Ballroom, Rock 'n Roll, Tango, Sequence, Zumba, plus many more dance styles.

Our studios are open seven days a week providing regular children's and adult classes. Tuition is provided by IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association)-qualified and CRB-checked teachers. Our Junior Dance Programme is available to children from the age of 2 upwards and is fun and enjoyable, whether its social or competitive. The children also star in Sandham's own annual show at the Albert Halls Bolton.

The adult dance classes aim to move students from beginner to an accomplished dancer within a relaxed social environment. There are plenty of opportunities for adult pupils to socialise at weekly social dances, regular party / dinner dance evenings and at the annual Weekend Away Dance Holiday. Vannetta Seecharran School of Jewellery, based in Islington, London, focuses on teaching professional jewellery making techniques in a way that is fun and accessible to beginners and those who want to pursue jewellery as a hobby or as a profession. As a leading Jeweller and with many years experience as an educator, Vannetta is passionate about teaching and encourages her students to achieve their potential as designer/makers. The Cheltenham School of Drawing & Painting is a small independently run school located just a five minute walk from Montpellier in the Lansdown area of Cheltenham in Gloucestershire, southwest England (near Gloucester). The Cheltenham School of Drawing & Painting offers day, evening and weekend courses in Fine Art including drawing, painting watercolour, life drawing and sculpture. We also offer Saturday workshops in life drawing or painting, clay portraiture and etching. Whatever your interest or experience in the arts, we are sure there will be something here for you. In our painting courses you will explore the freedom of creating form through colour. Flux Studios, London

Flux Studios is a new purpose built specialist jewellery studio and workshop, providing courses in jewellery making for beginner, intermediate and advanced students. We are located in Vanguard Court, Camberwell, Southwark, beside Heathrow Airport in South London. The studio also offers a comprehensive membership package to graduate/new jewellers wishing to become established. We provide affordable opportunities for graduates, interested adults and the local community to explore and develop jewellery making skills.

Through the membership scheme the Studios provide a stepping-stone for students and recent graduates in jewellery to enter the field at an affordable price, in a supported environment. The Studios also provide an exciting creative environment for the wider community to learn how to make jewellery through a range of daytime and evening classes. The provision of continuity of learning and opportunities to progress are integral to the objectives of Flux, as those attending classes become sufficiently competent to become members and thus explore their business potential.

Fashion Antidote

Fashion Antidote is a small independent fashion school and studio based just off Brick Lane in East London. Our emphasis is on teaching fashion related subjects and specialising in courses and workshops on fashion business and how to set up your own company.

The school is located off Brick Lane in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The nearest London Underground Tube Station is Aldgate East Tube on the Hammersmith & City Line between Liverpool Street and Whitechapel, and the District Line between Tower Hill and Whitechapel.

We aim to give students a taste of the real fashion industry. Our studio is also used by fashion designers, pattern cutters, stylists and consultants. You will be given insider information and shown tips and techniques as used in the industry that will save you time and give your work a professional finish.

Classes are small and informal and offer lots of one to one support to help build up your confidence. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and sociable. All levels are catered for whether you are an absolute beginner taking the first steps, or already have skills you want to update (a budding fashion student or a fashion professional - we have courses for you).
