Pro Makeup Artist Class (MUA)
The Makeup Artistry class (MUA) is for the enthusiast looking to start their makeup career in wedding artistry, print, advertisement, television or film. In this course you will learn the basics to start your makeup career. Hands on training and demonstrations will ensure that you learn and master makeup techniques such as proper station set up, hygiene practices, skin preparation, color theory mastering color matching and concealing, corrective makeup application, enhancing and highlighting features, proper eye shadow application, winged eyeliner, day-to-night techniques, and event makeup.
Runway Makeup
Runway makeup is taught as the face is a blank palette and the brushes are the tools to create a masterpiece.
This course offers the ability to learn advanced makeup techniques used in Fashion Shows, Print and Music Videos. This is a one week hands on makeup training program. This course takes you to the next level of creating those spectacular looks of the Paris Runway Shows. The course explores runway, fantasy, color experimentation, proper application of glitter and pigment, and utilizes unconventional tools to create a complete high-fashion look. The course includes pigments, glitters, and additional high-fashion lashes.
Period - Pin Up Makeup Artistry
In this course you will learn how to recreate various looks from the Cleopatra era to the 21st century. It encompasses application of ethnic makeup, creating a Geisha look, exploring Elizabethan techniques, and a heavy emphasis on pin-up makeup. The course includes makeup designated specifically for the above mentioned looks.
We will take you step by step and explain the creation of a look and the impact the look had on the world. Fashion and makeup is a cycle and it always will repeat it self!
