International English Institute:
International English Institute is located in, "Music City, " (population. 700,000), an exciting music-oriented, tourist city in the rolling Tennessee hills; a safe, friendly, inexpensive place to live; a diverse economy celebrated for its music recording industry; a university center with 17 programs in higher education. Conviently located near the intersection of two interstates, minutes from the airport, with listening-reading-computer laboratory facilities; off campus classes located across from Middle Tennessee State University in a newly build facility 30 miles from Nashville.

IEI also has an active, year-round social/cultural program with trips to Elvis Presley's home in Memphis, Mammoth Cave National Park in Kentucky, NASA Alabama Space Museum, Cherokee Indian Reservation, and Kentucky horse country. IEI assist in university placement and campus visits.
Courses:The Curriculum is divided into six levels. Beginning with level one for students who have no prior knowledge of English and ending at level six with students who are advanced users of the English language. English for Academic Purposes for students who are planning to attend colleges and universities in the United States, Preparation for the TOEFL Test, TOEIC Test or Michigan Test (MELAB), Study-Travel Programs, Computer & Word Processing Instruction, and Assistance with Cultural Adjustment.
7 week sessions starting every two months: January/March/May/July/September/November; IEI provides a 6-level, 5-skill area approach with 25 hours per week of student-teacher contact. Teachers are MA level or above.
