Our language courses focus on building communication skills, with comprehension skills playing a large part of the communication process. Our schools offer courses that focus on the four key language skill areas of speaking, listening, reading and writing, while considerable attention is also placed on pronunciation, oral communication and the appropriate usage of language in daily situations. Our schools provide individual or group English courses for all levels, private English lessons, semi-intensive & intensive English courses, as well as Business English courses.
Supplemental Subjects:
Intermediate Listening Comprehension, American Idioms and Phrasal Verbs and Accent Reduction. Advanced level classes focus on in-depth analysis of English Grammar, Essay Writing, Analytic Reading Skills, English Composition, American Literature, Creative Writing, Speech and Rhetorical Studies, North American business culture, Workplace Etiquette among many others.
Examination Preparation:
Examination language courses are attended by students with at least an intermediate language level ability. These courses follow a pre-set curriculum designed around the corresponding examination. Exam preparation courses include Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) and Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) courses, Cambridge Exam preparation includes First Certificate of English (FCE) and Cambridge Advanced English (CAE).
