- 90 Hours - Nevada Real Estate Salesperson
Pre-licensing Course:
Real Estate Principles, Practice, Procedures, Laws and
Ethics - The basic pre-licensing course designed to
prepare candidates for the Nevada Real Estate License
examination. Topics include Real Estate Agency,
Principles of Finance, Appraisal and Valuation, Real
Estate Principles and Practice and Ethics in Real
Estate. These courses provide preparation for the
National portion of the State Licensing Examination. The
course also includes preparation for the State Law
portion of the exam by presentation of Nevada's Real
Estate Laws and Regulations including Nevada Revised
Statutes 645, 119, 119A and other relevant statutes and
regulations. This 6 week course provides the 90
classroom hours of instruction required for an original
salesperson's license. Classes are held from 9:30 a.m.
to 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and evening classes
are offered from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00.p.m., at both school
locations.
At our South Eastern School, we also offer an afternoon
course from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. This afternoon course
can be combined with either the morning course or the
evening course allowing a student to finish in as few as
3 weeks.
- 45 Hours - Nevada Real Estate Salesperson
Pre-licensing Course:
Real Estate Law and Ethics - Designed for those
individuals who have partially met the educational
requirements for an original salesperson's license in
Nevada with courses from another state. Topics include:
Governmental Regulations, Titles and Vesting and Real
Estate Law, which are required on the National portion
of the examination. Also included is the study of Nevada
Real Estate Laws and Regulation in preparation for the
State portion of the examination. This course is
comprised of 45 classroom hours and will be taught as
the last 15 classroom sessions of the 90 hour program.

program.
For most candidates moving to Nevada who hold a
California Real Estate Salesperson License, this is the
course which will be required for licensing in Nevada.
- 18 Hours- Nevada Real Estate Law and Regulations:
Designed for those individuals who have met the
educational requirements for an original salesperson's
license in Nevada with courses from another state. These
candidates are required to have 18 classroom hours in
Nevada License Law. This requirement, in preparation for
the State portion of the examination, includes Nevada
Revised Statutes 645, 119, 119A and their relevant
regulations. This course is 18 hours and is taught as
the last 6 classroom sessions of the 90 hour program.
