New York Chinese Lessons - Mandarin Language School
Xincon Technology School is registered by the
New York State Education Department. Our school
occupies a modern air-conditioned area of 21,182
square feet: 10,000 for 16 classrooms and labs,
and 11,182 square feet for offices, testing
centers and public areas. Why learn Chinese
(Mandarin)? More than 50% of the world's
population speaks Mandarin; Tremendous business
advantages; Chinese and Asian businesses are
exploding as sources of supplies and products
for western business; The Asian market for
western products is still largely untapped.
Asians particularly respect people who try to
speak their language. More over, they will use
competitor's ignorance to their own advantage.
The Chinese have a saying, "know yourself, know
your enemies, and you will always win". It is no
surprise that Asian business people study
English very diligently.
Who should learn? Anyone who wants to take part
in the 21 st century. Anyone who might do
business with an Asian company. It cannot be
overstated how much more smoothly dealings will
go if you know some conversional Mandarin.
Anyone who plans to travel in Asia. Even a
little Mandarin will make the trip more
enjoyable, easier and safer.
For personal enjoyment, the great Asian Chinese
cultures of the world are ancient indeed. The
first known written characters are three
thousand year old, and they are Chinese! Few
westerners ever explore the richness of Asian
culture. Some knowledge of Mandarin will open
doors to cultures as ancient as time itself and
as modern as the future.
