IES Hillcrest:
IES Hillcrest is a private language school located close to downtown San Diego in sunny California. We provide quality education for English learners (ESL) from overseas and the local community. Our hope is to facilitate authentic language learning which is enforced by the experience of living in the United States. We want to create a comfortable atmosphere that allows students to overcome their anxieties about language learning. For English learners, our Intensive English Program helps students develop the language skills they need to succeed in their university studies, careers, and social interactions. Students are not passive observers in lectures but active participants in discussion and problem solving. Our approach to education focuses on active learning.
