Dance Lessons in San Francisco for kids, teens & adults
San Francisco Movement Studio specializing in classes and consultations for children, teens and adults is now located in a bright, new studio in the heart of San Francisco's Mission District at 333 Valencia Street. We offer enlivening movement experiences that enhance health, learning, vitality, flow, alignment, flexibility and strength through dance, gymnastics, games, exercises, movement study and practice. Waldorf movement educator Valerie Baadh and friends lead movement adventure classes and camps for children ages 4 and up, accompanied by live music. All classes include developmental movement in a lively session of storytelling and music.
