English and have fun in the beautiful Pacific
Northwest of the U.S.A. in Sheridan, Oregon. Founded
in 1976, The Delphian School, located on in Oregon's scenic Willamette
Valley 60 miles southwest of Portland, is an independent, co-educational day and boarding school. Set amongst the rolling hills of the Oregon Coast Range and the mountains of the Cascade Range, our 800-acre campus offers the perfect setting for a fun and challenging summer school program.
The Delphian School welcomes students from
around the world. Since 1980, thousands of
international students have attended the
Delphian School's summer sessions from countries
such as Japan, Mexico, Korea, Taiwan, Italy,
Germany, Canada, Austria, France, Saudi Arabia,
Turkey, Brazil, Philippines, Australia, South
Africa, Switzerland, and Russia.
 Courses:
English Conversation, English Grammar,
Reading, Punctuation, Spelling, Cursive
Handwriting, Composition.
Intensive instruction is offered in beginning,
intermediate and advanced ESL in four to six
week sessions. Students will improve in reading,
composition and conversation. Beginner English
students who are also interested in attending
Delphi School during the academic year would
need to attend the full, six-week summer session
and complete that program. The ESL program
accepts students age 8 and above.
All students are welcome to participate in our
many challenging outdoor activities that include
horse riding, archery, tennis, and more. There
are specialty sports camps in soccer camp,
volleyball, tennis camp and a horse camp.
