St. Stephen's Episcopal School:
St. Stephen's Episcopal School is an independent, Episcopal, co-educational college preparatory day and boarding school for grades 6 - 12, located on a gorgeous 400 acre campus in Austin, Texas, USA. We have a very active and visible boarding program for international students with 70 students from more than 20 countries. We have 10 dormitories on campus. The residence halls are located in the center of campus, between the academic buildings and the athletic fields. Local families support the boarding community through the "Adopt A Dorm" program and all international students have host families. From Austin/Bergstrom International Airport
The airport is about 25 minutes from campus.
- Upon leaving the airport grounds, turn west (left) onto Highway 71.
- Cross under I-35 and keep traveling west.
- At the 360 interchange, veer to your right onto 360 (also called the Capitol of Texas Highway).
- Cross under Loop 1 and keep traveling west.
- After several lights, you will come to West Lake Drive. Turn left (also called Royal Approach).
- Turn right again on St. Stephen's Drive where you will see the guard shack.
- You can ask the guard at the Security House for assistance. If you are going to the Office of Admission, follow the signs to Athletic Parking. The Admission Office is located between the Clayton and Middle School gyms.
From I-35 South:
- Coming into Austin, you will approach Highway 71, also called Ben White.
- Turn west (left) onto Ben White/Highway 71.
- At the 360 interchange, veer to your right onto 360. (Also called the Capitol of Texas Highway)
- Cross under Loop 1 (MoPac) and keep traveling west.
- After several lights, you will come to West Lake Drive. Turn left.
- Turn right again on St. Stephen's Drive where you will see the guard shack.
- You can ask the guard at the Security House for assistance. If you are going to the Office of Admission, follow the signs to Athletic Parking. The Admission Office is located between the Clayton and Middle School gyms.
From I-35 North:
- Coming into Austin, you will approach 183 North, also called Research Blvd.
- Exit onto 183 North (right).
- After several miles, take the exit for Loop 360 (also called the Capitol of Texas Highway).
- At the light at 360, turn left. After you go through several lights, you will cross the bridge over Lake Austin.
- At the second light (Westlake Drive) turn right (also called Royal Approach).
- Turn right again on St. Stephen's Drive where you will see the guard shack.
- You can ask the guard at the Security House for assistance. If you are going to the Office of Admission, follow the signs to Athletic Parking. The Admission Office is located between the Clayton and Middle School gyms.
