Carlos III
University of Madrid
Carlos III University of Madrid was founded in 1989 and is a model
of educational integration within the global, unifying concept of Science and
Culture. Some of the University’s main features are: 1. Modern University
Degrees which are flexible and interdisciplinary in order to meet the scientific
and technical needs of today’s society. Several programs have been designed
which make it possible to complete a dual degree (Business Administration, Law
and Economics), thus allowing the student to obtain two official BA Degrees. 2.
Small groups, with an average of 80 students per class. In the Business
Administration and Economics programs, the students have the option of carrying
out their coursework in English. In this special group, the courses are given by
visiting professors from some of the most prestigious English-speaking
Universities in the world. 3. Special importance is given to the post-graduate
programs of master and doctorate degrees. In the last Academic year, four of the
doctoral programs were officially named by the Minister of Education and Science

European
University Barcelona
European University Barcelona is located at
Ganduxer 70, 08021 Barcelona, Spain. EU has developed a network of
several campuses in different European countries. This broad network
encourages students to participate in inter-campus exchanges in the
following countries: Portugal, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain and
Switzerland. EU offers not only the traditional programs of Bachelor
and Master of Business Administration but also the possibility to
specialize in 10 different fields of management education. The first
goal of EU is to bring the American education model to Europe by
relating classroom theory to professional skills. The courses are
taught using the case study method to prevent business theory from
remaining abstract and incomprehensible. The second goal of EU is to
internationalize its programs by providing a unique environment. An
international perspective is guaranteed by the composition of the
faculty and student body.
