Like the original location, the Alessandro Downtown Hostel has 24 hour reception and no curfew. Our international atmosphere and English speaking staff help make us a true backpacker's paradise.
Reservation/Cancellation Policy
1)Payment is upon arrival
2)If you do not give us 72 hours notice (3 days) of your 'no show' by e-mail/fax we will unfortunately have to debit your card. The amount charged will be your first night's accommodation.
Phone cancellations are not accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to send or fax letters for visa document applications to embassies and/or consulates

DIRECTIONS
Exit Termini by track 22, you will be on Via G.Giolitti. Take a left on Via
Giolitti and then your second right onto Via C.Cattaneo. Proceed down Via
Cattaneo until you are at the number 23.(it will be on the left hand side of
the street passed the garden with the church). Ring us and come up on the
second floor (third floor for North Americans).
In order to Reserve a room or bed, you must have a
valid debit or credit card for this secure online booking system. You
will be asked to pay a 10% deposit online and the remaining 90% on
arrival at the accommodation.
