The easiest and cheapest possible means of traveling is by the KESEI
LINE to UENO ST [H 17]. and transfer to the HIBYA (SUBWAY ) LINE to
MINOWA STATION [H 19]

OPTION -1 From HANEDA AIRPORT take the Tokyo mono- rail from Haneda
airport to Daimon -Hamamatsucho Station. Transfer to the OEDO
(SUBWAY ) LINE

1b : Transfer HIBYA (SUBWAY) LINE NAKA-OKACHIMACHI (SUBWAY) STN [H

OPTION -2 From HANEDA AIRPORT take the Tokyo mono- rail from Haneda
airport to Daimon -Hamamatsucho Station. Transfer to the jr line to
AKIHABARA STN. [H 15] OR UENO STN. [H 17] and then transfer to the
HIBYA LINE
III : MINOWA STATION [H 19]
I : FROM SHINJUKU , SHIBUYA & TOKYO STATION Use the the JR LINES
from the various stations to AKIHABARA STN. [H 15] OR UENO STN. [H
17] and then transfer to the HIBYA (SUBWAY) LINE To MINOWA STATION
[H 19]
