“Airlink” operates every 20 minutes and costs approx. €5. This takes you to the Central Bus station ( Bus Aras)
Bus Route 747
Departs Dublin Airport and services Bus station “Bus Aras”. From Mon –Sat, the first bus is at 5.45am and then every 10 mins until 19:40 when the buses come less frequently. On the Sundays, the first bus is at 7.15am. From the central bus station, walk around by the large building on your left (Dublin;s Custom House). Follow the path along by the river liffey. Cross the river at O’Connell Bridge and turn right along Aston Quay past USIT travel agents. At Merchants Arch, turn left into Temple Bar. We are located on Temple Lane

Nearest National Route: N1
Distance: 4 km to the airport and 5 km to the city
centre.
Directions: Buses servicing DCU from the city centre,
departing from O'Connell Street, are 11, 11A, 13A
19A to DCU.
Airport buses 41A, B, C to Whitehall and then walk
10 minutes along Collins Avenue to DCU. Should you
take a taxi from the airport, the fare should be
around EUR20 and the trip should last 15-20 minutes.

overlooking Hampstead Park. Only twin rooms available.

From the Airport by Bus:
Bus Numbers 41/A/B/C
All buses from the Airport pass along the same route.
The stop for Egan’s is on Lower Drumcondra road,
just before the Guinness Railway Bridge. Directly
across from this stop is St. Alphonsus Road, take
the 3rd right off this road and you will be on Iona
Park and Egan’s is on your left.
From the City Centre by Bus:
Bus Numbers 13, 19, 19A, 40, 40A
From O’Connell Street, going to the north of the
city, take the above buses to Prospect Way. From
the bus stop cross over to the traffic island and
turn left onto Iona Road (opposite the Botanic House
Pub). The 1st turn left will take you onto Iona
Park at Egan’s.

Egan’s house is an elegant terrace of Edwardian
houses situated in a quiet, residential area only
a stroll away from Dublin’s world famous Botanical
Gardens. Also located nearby is Europe's largest
park, the Phoenix Park and Dublin Zoo.
We are conveniently located just 7km from Dublin
Airport (direct bus route and only 10 minutes by
car) and a mere 2km to the ferry port. Also its
only a 20 minutes walk to the city centre and trendy
Temple Bar.
